A review of this place: The garden of Patagonia

Villa La Angostura- Neuquén- Patagonia Argentina
This place is really unique, there are not so many words to describe it. Beautiful lakes, native forest, rivers with crystal waters, green mountains and many flowers (especially if you visit the place during November-December or january). It is told that Walt Disney was inspired by this place in the film “Bambi”; in fact this has not been verified, but I can tell you that if you visit Arrayanes Forest,(the only place in the world with this kinf of trees grown at that size) by sure you¨ll understand. During the four seasons it´s possible to enjoy it. If you come in summer, the magnificence of the place speaks for itself. You´ll be able to practice trekking, canoeing, climbing, or any activity close to nature. In winter, the winter sports will allow you to see the lakes from the mountains while skiing Located in the middle of Nahuel Huapi National Park, and close to Arrayanes National Park in Argentina, one of the world´s attractions most visited, receiving tourism from the whole world. The international ski center, cerro Bayo, and excellent peaks to be climbed are waiting for you. Don´t miss it!

Nice and quite mountain village

Surrounded by woods and mountains, Villa La Angostura is a wonderful place to enjoy.
You have activities such as hiking, trekking (there are more than 500 paths to discover through the forests) , fly fishing and beautiful landscapes
I personally recommend taking the “7 lakes” tour that goes from Villa La Angostura to San Martin de los Andes
