A tip I have about this place
Actually, no matter what time you go and what day, you will end up following a line of cars who stop in the middle of the road to take pictures of deer. That’s the only wildlife I’ve seen on the loop. The only redeeming quality of Cades Cove is Abrams Falls, which is right before the visitor center.

A tip I have about this place
Don’t go on Saturday or Sunday, just don’t. Actually, don’t go between April and October. Unless you want to bike the loop. Driving is ridiculous. If you can stand the traffic, it’s quite an experience.

A review of this place: I don't know why
This area is the most popular part of the Smokey mountains, but I don’t really know why. The northern part of the park has more majestic scenery and trails that reflect the true landscape. The cove is the exception to the area. It’s worth visiting for the history, but don’t miss the rest of the park

recent vacation
My family stayed in Pigeon Forge a few weeks ago for vacation. We went to Cades Cove and I got a few good photos. I really enjoy going there. It is so peaceful.
