John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park

My husband and I went to Pennekamp three weekends ago and absolutely loved it. We were only able to go for a day, but found time for snorkeling and canoeing. The snorkel trip was amazing. Such an experience being so close to the wildlife.
We will definitely make it again this summer!

I went there last year with my fiancée and my grandparents. It’s a relaxing drive down from Miami, and a great way to spend the day, walking the trails, swimming, snorkeling, and lounging beneath a tree. There are many activities available there, so I would love to go back this summer.
