A tip I have about this place
I’m not bashing it really, it has great facilities, labs, and are always up to date in terms of software. It’s true that you will get what you put into it. But the instructors wont tell you the really important things, because maybe they dont kmow , or they don’t want you to know. I do know them now, but i’m not telling. lol.
A few important warnings. Once you’re in midway through the program you owe 100% of the tuition. So before that point think if you want to continue or not. I realized that the rest is not needed and i could learn the rest of it myself without spending another 15k. They won’t teach you (obviously) how to create a great model, you have to do it yourself. You can’t ‘learn’ talent, so think about this before you’re in for the full +40k
No one cares if you have a perfect attendence. That’s BS. No one cares if you got a 95 in the class. Accept it. LEARN it, don’t memorize it.
Also, expect periods of no breaks for about 2 weeks straight. Enjoy the Gen Ed. Classes when everyone is eager and excited to meet new people. Go to parties, get drunk, throw up, crash apartment complexes, go to Daytona Beach, ect… You will not be having that kind of fun for the next yr and a half.
That’s just my $0.02

Get what you want - if it's what you're looking for...
Full Sail is a place that you can get educated/trained in things that you’ve always wanted to do. That’s what happened to me!
Keep in mind that this school is only for those serious enough to start something and follow through with it, as Full Sail is no cakewalk. Be serious about it. Experience in your chosen field is definitely a plus, but not required – I had none going in.
If you thrive off of being artistic with digital tools, you just might like it here.

If you're serious, it's worth it., but if you're not, don't bother.
Short answer:
You’ll either love Full Sail, or you’ll hate it.
Long answer:
Full Sail is a school that, IMHO, is designed to help you develop skills to contribute to your chosen industry. Generally, this will suggest that you have some sort of previous experience (either profesionally or educationally). Although experience is not required, it’s strongly suggested.
In other words, don’t think of it as a place to go and get a degree—that’s what they make Universities for. Think of Full Sail as a year-long conference that demands your attention [at least] eight hours per day, forty hours per week.
If you think you’re ready, do it.
