And really, if American football is not your thing, there is much natural beauty, folklore and history, hunting and fishing, opportunities in agriculture, trucking, tourism, food service, hunting and fishing.

Don’t hesitate to stop by Statesboro if you’re on your way from Augusta to Savannah. Now it is a little off the I-16, the way between Savannah and Atlanta, but the cheap gas at A-Z Truck Stop is worth the ten or fifteen minutes trip north from the Exit at Hwy 301/25.
