I hate to spend more than 5.00 on entry to a movie & this is a price I can live with! Saw Mad Hot Ballroom here a couple years ago & loved it!

The last time I went to this place
The kids were getting cabin fever-y.
Flushed Away is really good.
I can’t believe I didn’t have a camera on hand to add a picture to this page.
Wheeee, time to go see The Prestige.
edit: dagnabbit, prestige is over. guess it’ll hafta be The Fountain.

The last time I went to this place
This place gives you a chance to see (usually) the really good movies you missed. Just saw Proposition last night (which I really enjoyed), the seats are well padded and comfy, the screen ample. It was pretty hot in the theatre…but it was an unusually hot day for Seattle and you can’t really expect air conditioning at a theatre with $3 tickets!

Why I recommend this place to locals
Good, cheap movies. ‘Nuff said.

Great cheap date
Great choices of second-run films, and occasional art-house films. If that cinema blockbuster is about to come out on DVD, check out the Crest because it may well still be on the big screen. And for $3.00 a ticket you can still afford the popcorn! A great cheap date.
