Barnes & Noble - Union Square

My favorite Barnes and Nobles, in my favorite part of the city.

Best place to spend an afternoon hanging out. Plus they have a bathroom. Sometimes if I’m in Union Square and I need to go to the bathroom, I stop in B&N.

Tip: Bathrooms are few and far between in NY, so I cherish this place. Whole Foods across the Square also has a bathroom to use.

The bathrooms are a pregnant New Yorker’s dream.

Don’t EVER plan meeting your date in front of B&N on a sunny sunday morning if you’re willing to stay single, because when they show up surrounded by the sharp daylight it will be almost impossible not to fall in love.

A nice enough bookstore—it’s pretty big, even for a Barnes and Noble. Don’t count on being able to hang out in the cafe with a book and a beverage, though; the cafe has been totally packed every time I’ve gone there.
