Went with a friend who’s a chef and we had an amazing dinner. The decor is simple and not flashy, the food is filling and well spiced, as creole dishes should be. My plate of etouffee was liberally studded with crayfish, catfish, chicken and shrimp- I had to hunt for rice! A cold Abita was the perfect accompaniment.
