Whyte Ave.

Whyte Avenue is basically THE place to go if you have any desire to be a part of, or at least witness, massive amounts of young people wandering around incoherently drunk.

If you happen to be on Whyte Avenue at last call, try not to get stabbed. There’s a reason why the cab drivers won’t pick up the roving gangs of white middle class rowdies down there. You have been warned.

This is a crestfallen place this evening, I am afraid. From Hudson’s to the Black Dog, thousands of Oilers fans will be going home this evening a little more sober and a little more humbled than they might have hoped.

Sigh.

Good show, guys.

If you’re in the city, it is one of the best places to go. It’s not too bad.
