Lucky Platter

Probably silly but as the boy and I were checking out the Chicagoland area for potential places to live, we stopped at the Lucky Platter for lunch. I had the eggplant sandwich and tomato bisque with a hibiscus iced tea and fell in love. The restaurant was so yummy that Evanston became the city I wanted to live in. We’ve been here since 2001 and I’ve never regretted moving here. And it’s all because of the food and decor at the Lucky Platter

Breakfast is good but lunch, dinner, waitstaff is worthless.
