Eat/drink your fill in the parking lot before hiking out to the cliffs overlooking the ocean. For reasons that elude me, smokers seem to think it’s okay to throw their cigarette butts all over the trail, though. Disgusting. over 5 years agobest beach by lnwnThis place is pretty hot and dusty. But if you are up for it, a short walk will get you to a pretty awesome beach. The cliffs are beautiful. There are lots of anemones and muscles to admire on the rocks in the water. Usually, the beach isn’t crowded at all. It would be pretty impossible to lug out coolers and beach chairs so I think that is why the beach is pretty quiet. over 5 years agoBeautiful Beach by sallymander1979My uncle and his wife brought my dad, sister, my husband and myself to this awesome beach. It is within the San Diego city limits, but seems so remote. There were only two other people on the part of the beach we hiked down to. I remember beautifull yellow flowers blooming on the top of the cliff. There are trails down the cliff side and several routes down to the ocean. over 6 years ago |
