Greenwich

I grew up in Greenwich, plain and simple. A lot of people have a lot of bad things to say about it, but if you can get past the fact that the people here are very, very rich (and, largely, much too aware of it), it’s an absolutely gorgeous town.

on the road trip between Baltimore and Providence. No matter which way you are headed, it’s always a good time to stop when you his Greenwich. When you are heading north, you definitly need to stop for some food to pee after sitting in NYC traffic for hours. When you are heading south, you need to stretch your legs after driving through CT, which seems to take forever.
There is a sandwich place in Greenwich that has an awesome Italian Coldcut. Also, the Food Emporium is a good place to stop for snacks. There is a Starbucks right next to it which is always helpful.
