Downtown Disney

There is a fountain near the entrance that little kids play in sometimes. It shoots water out of the ground. In tenth grade I got in it and made a fool of myself on a cheerleading trip. It was the funnest thing I ever did and my cheerleading friends still remember it (8 years later).

Ok. If I had money I would have bought the whole shops in there… I remember 7 years ago there was a juke box like in my dreams… The whole night experience, yes it is $$$ but it’s so much fun. Next time, I’ll be able to go to bars and club(i was 16 last time)

I went everyday for 4 days straight. It was a lot of fun. I took the boat from my resort to downtown. It has a bunch of cute little shops, some clubs, plenty of restaurants. Such as the RainForest Cafe, which in my opinion was awful. It’s just a fun place. I liked it.

I really enjoyed wandering around Downtown Disney, particularly at night…it just seems so much more magical. I went for a meal in the Rainforest Cafe…now that was an experience! If you can put up with the wait I recommend eating there. The shops, perhaps unsuprisingly, were fabulous and I just enjoyed being there and the atmosphere. Go and see what you think to it!

very, very interesting. pretty crowded, but in the night its beautiful. its like lotsa diff unique shopping outlets clumped in one cute little town. gotta luff souveniers…

Downtown disney has a lot of interesting stuff and if you get the chance you should travel next door to pleasure island some of the best clubs, like house of blues was my fav.

FOR YOUNG ADULTS, THE CLUBS AND BARS ARE AMAZING. GO TO MACO’S

If you really like the commercial aspect of Disney, then you’ll love Downtown Disney. That being said, it isn’t someplace you should just forget about. This is the place for truly good sandwiches (Earl of Sandwich), ice cream, and some really cute shops (they have store totally devoted to Disney pet costumes). In addition, one can find every piece of Disney memorabilia in this center (go here after the parks close to get those last minute souvieners!). Also, on the West Side, there is really fantastic Cirque du Soleil show which, if you have time, should not be missed.
Pleasure Island is also located here – I’ve never been to that section, but friends of mind say it’s pretty good.
