Lunkers

This is one of the few “local” bars (as opposed to “college” bars) located in downtown Normal. While it can be packed with college kids, it has a distinctly “townie” feel to it – there’s a regular crowd who’s been going since it opened. If you’re not just looking for the wasted college kid crowd (which you will find everywhere downtown on the weekend), stop in for the wasted townie crowd :) Oh, and the food’s good too. (ok, I’m biased, I run the kitchen 5 days a week right now :) )

Lunkers is a bar nestled in downtown Normal. They feature a great menu, as well as my favorite, Woodchuck Cider, on tap, among other great beers.
