Mont Tremblant

Just returned from my second trip to Mont-Tremblant. Record setting warm temperatures, rain and fog. But that didn’t stop us … three days of the warmest January skiing Tremblant has probably ever seen!

Beautiful Mont Tremblant – they’re running a video contest right now for a grand prize of an all expenses paid trip for 4 people to Mont Tremblant.

I was there two years ago, and it was the coldest temp I ever been. -16 F at the bottom of the mountain, -32F at the top. My eyelashes were freezing together. As brutal as that sounds, it was still an amazing place. Great atmosphere, nice resturants, I love the trail down the mountain that cruises through the town. I’d love to go back.

my boyfriend and i spent a ridicuously romantic five days here last march. it’s wonderful even if you don’t ski :)

Good times skiing on the Edge here. :) Emotion is a rough one.

I went down the slopes singing little french songs to myself.

I was skiing, minding my buisness, and some really hot headed patrol guy started freaking out and trying to punch me while I was getting on a lift. It was -30f and he was telling me in broken engrish that I would have to walk back to my chalet. F that! I told him that I would take it “all the way.” And he put up fists and took off his tele’s and stepped up to me as if to fight, beat his chest and start shouting “I AM A REAL MAN WHO HAS A REAL BIG EGO AND YOU CANNOT CHALLENGE ME!”

Bullshit, I didn’t do anything, it’s cold, and I did nothing wrong. And if I did, I didnt mean it and wasnt aware.

I was floored- this lift monkey was gonna fight me? Excuse me sir, but let’s take this all the way up the management team and get your ass fired.

So we wrote to the president of the company, and hir boss too. And we got an apology from the president which was really really nice, and that was all I wanted.

That dude can kiss my heiney. I hope he got fired.

Charming place, both on summer and winter time. I’ve been there a couple of times and it’s always a nice destination for a weekend.

It was so picture perfect, ideal…wonderful! It was the first time I saw snow… Had skiing lessons, made a snow angel, went tubing, a sleigh ride at Christmas time… I only wish my significant other at the time…was adventurous enough to go hot tubbing in the snow with me. Am I asking too much? Will I ever be happy? Tired of vacations…wishing…I was with the right one.

I went to Mont Tremblant in winter and the place is so beatifull. I stayed at a B&B. I would like to go back there soon.
