Monrovia

I went there today for house call. I spent a New Years Eve there in the early 90s.

There’s a great little old town area on myrtle in Monrovia. It’s got nice resturants, coffee shops, and a movie theater. On friday nights there’s a street fair that’s fun, although I think it’s better during the summer months. Oh and if you go north up myrtle it leads to the top of a hill where you can see the whole city, it’s quite the view :)

Hello 43 places – I would like to invite the world to Monrovia California. Just minutes away from the vibrant Los Angeles – yet nestled in the foothills is a quaint community I’d like to call home. I belong to a non profit organization that promotes art and art education in our little town. On the first Saturdays in the summer months July August and September we will place artisians creating before your eyes along the main street in Our Old Town Monrovia. It isnt hard to locate. I hope we will provide visual and creative stimulation for those who may find us.

But great to spend time with family. The view of the mountains are great.
It’s close to everything worth seeing in Southern California.
