Castle Rock

Castle Rock’s butte has a trail leading to the very top. On top, you can see the area right between Denver and Colorado Springs. After you climb the Castle Rock, go have some of the freshest beer in the area at Rockyard American Grill and Brewing Company. To me it felt like this place was built in the last 10 years….if not 5. And as we drove around to find out hotel, I wondered….Where do the poor people live? You know the people that work at the McDonalds or Waffle House. Every house was a min. of 1 million dollars.

Perhaps its just me. But it was clean, friendly and planned out pretty well.

The food here is very good and fresh. Sushi is very good, best I have had since moving here from Caifornia. Habachi grill is great and entertaining. Staff is attentive and nice. We go there as often as we can!
