I have to stop by and visit every time I’m in Europe.

It’s really tough, sitting in the piazza, having espressi, and basking in all this, but I do it.

I live close to the city. The place is lovely, esp. during spring and summer, and I’d suggest to take a tour to the lake. I noticed that lately affordable hotels are not situated far from the city, so that it’s good for tourists.

This is my great-grandfather’s birthplace. I would like to get in touch with the story of his life. I know he was born Enrico Luigi Adolfo Spreafico, on January the 3rd 1843, was father of three before he moved to Santa Fe, Argentina, with his youngest, in 1869. He was a highly recognized musician, just as well as Paolo Angelo (the son that moved with him from Italy) and Federico Romeo (who was born in Rosario, Santa Fe, and was my grand-grandfather).
