Worth visiting!
a must go for tennis fans
all my life, i’ve been a tennis player, a tennis fan, a tennis person. i lived, ate and breathed tennis for a great portion of my life, and those years were probably the best i’ve ever had.
for anyone like me – or similar, going to the USTA National Tennis Center is a must.
you think you know what it’s going to be like, but it’s indescribable.
definitely one of the coolest things i’ve done in my life.

Worth visiting!
The last time I went to this place
It rained the whole afternoon, but I was told nothing was cancelled for the night.
They wouldn’t declare a day session cancelled until 4pm and a night session 9.45pm (sucks!!)... and we ended up waiting for a couple hours in the light rain.
I think most people stayed till that late just to be caught by the photographers and see themselves on the big screen… It was funny seeing people dancing the whole night to drag photographers’ attention… and how they reacted when they actually saw themselves….
Call this a night!

US Open Week!
I would love to be in New York this week and spend it watching Tennis (or Hewitt or Federer) ;-). It would be so much fun, but it’s a bit unrealistic, seeing that I already have travelling time set aside in October/November (three cousins are getting married, so there will be three weddings). This goal will have to wait until next year or the next. For now I will have to tune in to the midnight updates, as my cable station is only playing tennis in mid-morning, while I’m at work. Tsk tsk tsk.
