Nearby Pulau Rawa was far more scenic… had a semi-disaterous time on Pulau Tioman with heavy machinery on the beach running over our towels and industrial / military freighters surrounding the snorkeling areas. Kind funny in retrospect. Photos here. over 7 years agoMy first turtle encounter by BigbroThis is where I snorkled with a trutle. The experience was amazing. Also encountered a fish the size of a refrigerator (as my friend put it). Later found out it was a Bump Head Parrot Fish. They usually swim in schools and feed on corals.
