Hana

When I moved to seattle I figured the sushi would be more reasonable considering they are known for their fish, but it ends up being about the same as anywhere. well that is before I went to hana and found salmon for a dollar a piece! MMM!! The sushi is really good. Better in my opinion than some places that are more expensive. The waitresses are really nice too. The service takes a little longer for sushi because they dont have too many chefs. But it is well worth the wait. I like that they tell you that up front too.

I’ve been here a few times, and they consistently keep up with the quality of their sushi. Their tuna is exquisite —a simple taste that dissolves in the mouth. And so is the eel, and the mackerel, and the seaweed salad, and everything else… ;) Excellent japanese food!!
