Manistique

This is a beautiful small town in the Upper Peninsula. My family spent many vacation here because it wasn’t too far from central Wis, and my stepdad grew up in Manistique. It’s right on Lake Superior and there’s a great lighthouse that we would make sure we always walked out to.

I’m spoiled by the Creek, the cabin, the stone fireplace, the handmade snowshoes, the bear rug, the wood-fired cookstove, the canoe, and best of all, the SAUNA.

Ahhhhhhhhhh.
