Kennedy Center

I saw Sufjan Stevens (free) in concert there. It was great, but they seem to have a strict curtain call. It made the end of the concert awkward and left no room for an encore. But, I can’t complain because they have free shows every day of the year on their millenium stage.

Surely, the premier place to go if you want to watch theatre. I saw my first play here when I was a child, Shakespeare’s A MidSummers Night Dream Here I am years later working at a theatre and pursuing my degree in the illustrious field. I still remember the performance I watched though. It is something no one will ever be able to take away from me.

I went to a play here a couple of years ago. We got there right at the last moment and were lucky enough to get front row seats! There’s always something going on at the Kennedy Center. It’s a nice place to just look around too.

My parents took us to events there when I was a child, and I also went on several field trips that took us there.
