Redfish Lake

The water is so clear!

Redfish Lake IS heaven on earth, and theres nothing like spending four and a half months there. If you are 16-23 years old and want to party hard at night talk to an employee, but be cool about it. But thats not all there is to do there, you can swimm, drink, hike, hang out, and wake board, but theres nothing as amazing as wakeboarding on a full moon night getting towed between Heyburn Peak and Grand Mogul, its simply beautiful. You must go.

To dive this lake as suggested!

I’ve been camping here on and off for the past 20 years or so. The lake is beautiful, one of the clearest lakes I’ve ever seen. You can see the bottom all the way out to about 20’ depth. Most of the campgrounds here are overridden with urbanites from Boise or farther who bring an RV larger than their home to “camp” but some sites are better than others. Still a beautiful place to take a boat onto the lake. Most of the regional dive certification places come here for the Open Water dives.
