Nelson-Atkins Museum

I just went here, they have a great collection of Chinese scrolls. Recent renovations to the building (as well as serious building additions) improve viewing the art by painting the walls with a specific color and bringing in realia (primarily furniture) that matches items seen in paintings. Awesome way to tie different artforms together!

I get a great feeling everytime I walk through the halls. I try to visit at least once a year.

Slept in one of the huge shuttlecocks on the museum lawn one night, just so I could tell people I did it.

I have been here a lot! I love going. The park in front is wonderful too!
