La Conner

Hope it stays this way. We always go through on our way to camp on Skagit Bay. Also very close (about 15 minutes) to Deception Pass and (about 30 minutes) Chuckanut Drive – both glorious day trips from a La Conner base. And, if you want to check out the big winter bird migrations over the Skagit Flats, it’s the place to hang.

Stopped in for lunch during the tulip festival. Seemed like a neat little town, with lots of cool shops and restaurants. The Tulip Festival is amazing!

I love the town of La Conner, my grandparents used to take me a a few of my cousins up there every year. Since then, I take my friends and introduce them to a little piece of charm in the Northwest, and a place full of great memories. I also love the church in Conway, a miniscule town you drive through to get to La Conner.
