Jake's Grill

This was a fun visit since a group of 10 of us took over this lounge area with really comfy chairs. Probably wouldn’t have gone here though if it weren’t for the company picking up the tab, the quality was a little higher than what I should be spending for.

Much as I enjoy the original Jake’s Famous Crawfish (located a couple of blocks north of this one), I’ve never liked Jake’s Grill: snooty hostesses, crappy service, and, frankly, pretty indifferent food.

The one thing the Grill has going for it is that it’s not nearly as crowded as Jake’s Crawfish… but there’s a very good reason for that.
