East Palo Alto

In 1992, East Palo Alto was the deadlist city in america. Today, the act has been cleaned up a great deal thanks to the new shopping center. Ikea, Best Buy, and other large stores have opened up in the area and have helped the unemployment ratio decrease. I dont know why buy I have always loved going to EPA (initials for East Palo Alto) even though it may not be the safest place. Lucky for me, my boyfriend lives there and I can visit whenever ;) There may not be anything special about EPA but if you’d like to see how life can be for other people, you should check it out. :) Just for a few hours at a time though unless you have friends or family in the area. The four seasons hotel just opened up across the overpass so that would be a nice place to stay. Palo Alto is a beautiful city though, I recommened going there too if your in the area.

It’s been many years since I’ve been to East Palo Alto, but it wasn’t a destination spot then, and I doubt it is now. It’s a community where people live, I can’t see why you travel there unless you were going to see friends or family.
