Vama Veche

I could never believe there could be so much freedom, so much good music and so many wonderful people somewhere in Romania, but Vama Veche is certainly a paradise.

The only place you would see me on the Romanian seaside. It’s not what it used to be, but still better than any other place along the seaside.
Just camp close to the Bulgarian border to avoid all the crowd and noise.

Everyone feels happy and nobody cares about money or stuff like that. Everyone wanna dance, drink, dance, kiss, drink, watch the sunsets and sunrises, kiss, make love, talk about small things…bla-bla and yada-yada, words are not enough. All it`s matter is feeling good toghether.You can`t understand me if you haven`t visit the place…

I was in Vama Veche in 2003. It was a sort of quiet place by that time. I wanna go there again next summer. Can anyone describe how’s the place now? Many appartments? Is it still forbidden to build tents on the beach so everybody builts their tent nearby on the grass? Are fishermen still there? And their restaurant selling wonderfull fish? I’ll be very happy for any info! Thanx:)
