Write an entry Entries about this placeOverlooked little place by Divina40There are places nearby that overshadow Longmont, but this is a wonderful town, and we don’t mind not getting so much attention. Where I live, I can easily walk (with my kids) to great places. There is easy access to wilderness or to the big city. It’s peaceful and the crime rate is low. The weather is more often nice than not, even in the middle of winter. If you have a bad time here, it’s probably you, not the place. It would take some outrageiously good offer to get me to move. Then again, go read the ones who say it’s not worth visiting. It’s getting a little crowded these days, so maybe you should turn your attention somewhere else … over 6 years agoLions and bears and moose, oh my by bugeatersOkay, maybe a stray coyote or an abundance of prairie dogs, and bull snakes.
