Worth visiting!

A tip I have about this place

The culinary arts students at SNHU serve lunch 2 days a week and dinner 1 night a week every semester. The food ranges from French, Caribbean, Middle Eastern, Thai, Classical and Mediterranean and is set in a fine dining atmosphere. Lunch is $10 for 3 courses and dinner is $25 with a charge for the scholarship fund. You can bring in your own beer or wine.

This semester alone I have been in for lunch 2 times (New England and Traditional Southern) and dinner tonight. The menu tonight was Near and Middle Eastern which included a meze plate, assorted breads with olives and oil, choice of soup (I had avgolemono with chicken), Fattoush – a Lebanese bread salad, choice of entree (I had chicken Schwarma – which is all sitting in my fridge now) and a dessert buffet. FOR TWENTY FIVE DOLLARS – unreal.

The menu choices are always displayed on the counter when walk in so you can make a final decision by sight. It is a great opportunity to try out new tastes or experience a classic. The students prepare and serve the meal so they have front and back of the house practice.

This is a wonderful place to experience. Try to check out the Classical menu. The starter course alone which is a dégustation de charcutiere, fromage, et jardinière is worth the price of admission!
