Harbour Island

This place is magnificent!

The restaurants on Harbour Island are some of the best in the Bahamas—bring an appetite. If you’re on a budget, it’s not exactly cheap either, but you can still get excellent food at reasonable prices—places that cater to the local Brilanders like Angela’s Starfish Restaurant, Avery’s and Ma Ruby’s, the official home of Jimmy Buffet’s genuine “Cheese Burger in Paradise.” And yes, the burgers are really that good. Say “hi” to Ma!

When it comes to dropping the big nickel, gotta check out Rock House—very hip place and very excellent food. And this is just the beginning of cool restaurants.
