Even before it was built, I’d often go to that portion of the Tital Basin just to think. But now, all the wall fountains, have added traquility. It’s a thinking spot. over 6 years agoespecially beautiful at night! by lisahoo…which is noteworthy — there aren’t as many things to do with out-of-town folks at night (that they can’t do at home, that is).
