Spotsylvania County

Spotsy was a pretty much unknown area for a long time unless you were a history buff and wanted to check out the battlefields it holds. You used to be able to find homes available for 30,000 that contained several acres of land. Now even with realty struggling houses are not moving so much on the market.. Living out in the country roads of Spotsylvania is a nice balance to the busyness that is Route 3 now.
