Just Us Coffee Roasters

I love going to Just Us. I usually go there for Propeller rootbeer and orange natural pop, made in Halifax. I also love the vegan hot chocolate (and I’m not vegan!). The organic milk chocolate bars are nice. It’s a good place to visit.

I get my coffee from Just Us! which is a Fair Trade coffee roastery just East of where I live in Wolfville. They’ve been around for decade and recently expanded the roastery, cafe and added a Fair Trade museum.
It’s a nice, small museum that provides an overview of Fair Trade and coffee productions through several displays. They also have a theatre that plays a short documentary that explains more about Fair Trade. You can have a snack and coffee and sit on the patio or in the solarium and look across the road at an apple orchard that grows there. It’s beautiful around there in the summer and a nice stop within the Annapolis Valley.
The coffee is great (and very fresh with beans roasted every day) and there is a good range of lighter food as well as all sorts of small gifts and crafts to buy from around the world.
