My backyard is VERY windy and cold. It is near San Fransisco so the “coldness” is from the nearby bay. I dont see why anyone would want to come here for fun. _

Sure, they might be a good place to live given you can still buy 2-bedroom condos there for around $450k (as of 2005) whereas just across the bay you can expect the same to start at $600k+++ over 6 years agoLive here by sylveawongI live here.
