I’ve lived here 3 different times. The ONLY fond memory I have is my daughter being born at the Naval Hospital.

Every morning I wake up to the sun rising over the cascades, and I get to enjoy the quiet, peaceful nature of the neighborhood. Even though some people may consider it dull or boring (I used to!); I really enjoy it, BECAUSE it’s quiet. It’s a good place to kick back and unwind and be yourself. There aren’t very many pretentious people here, and nobody really cares about what you’re wearing or driving, as long as you’re decent and friendly.

I’m sayin yes. :)

well my husband is getting stationed there (by the navy), and we will be moving there this november!
im very excited- i have heard great things!

So even though I don’t live their anymore, I’m still close to it, and still love it! Always will.

Watch out for pedestrians, they think they own the road.
