    Worth visiting!

We stayed at the Queen Anne Inn while visiting Seattle. It was very cost effective and a great place to stay. It’s by no mean a 5 star resort, but the location was wonderful and it was quaint and comfortable. Some of the best views of Seattle and Mt. Rainer can be seen from the hills in Upper Queen Anne (just north of the Science Center) and I strongly suggest taking an early morning stroll up that way to see the sunset (bring your camera). The hills are rough though! The monorail is right there to take you to downtown Seattle in just moments. It’s a fun ride. That was my favorite area of Seattle. Lots of shops, some great restaurants, a movie theater and more are in the area.

How this place changed my life  — 1 year ago

    Worth visiting!

    Oh god.

    I go to school here.

On the third and fourth floor of the center house [the food circus] there’s an ‘alternative’ public school.
    It’s alright.

But right not the Whirligig is going on, so there are 100s of small children streaming in from all directions. Everywhere!!
This is my school! My cafeteria! Blow-up bouncy rides, carnies, and clowns are not meant to be in it!

    Argh!

I like the Seattle Center because it’s a fun family oriented place. They have rides, restuarants, entertainments, and more. I like it a lot. I would reccommend this place to everyone.

    Not worth it!

Unless an event is actually happening at the center, it’s not really worth going to in and of itself. The Needle and the museum are great, but the other parts aren’t more than a stop-off for tourists. The little arcade is fun, though.

I don’t care how much of a tourist trap people think the Space needle is, you HAVE to see the city from the top of it. Plain and simple, it’s part of the whole Seattle experience.

Loved Pike Street Market. Flying fish were pretty neat. Views from Space Needle were impressive. Avoid Starbucks! And do not order the oysters!!!!!!

    Worth visiting!

I sat at the area where the fountain ball blasts, and felt the spray on my face. I felt peaceful and just so happy. I wished I could stay but I had to go home. I miss him and he’s a part of my memories at this special place. We acted like a couple and cuddled there and lay together in the grass, each doing our own thing but happy with each other. Ahh, life is sweet and good.

But I’ve always enjoyed said walks, and everything looks reasonably comfortable, like if you just wanted to sit and think and read for a while, you could do so even while there were a lot of folks around and a lot of things to do. And believe me, this is something I value!
