Rikers Island

One of New York City’s large jail facilities, it sits in the East River between Queens and the mainland Bronx, adjacent to the runways of LaGuardia Airport. I delivered a load of razor wire there several years ago. I climbed this small hill as they were unloading me, and I snapped a series of pictures as I had a look around from what seemes to be one of the highest natural points in the area.
