the town green, voted the best in new england, a host to weekend events. right on the coast, beautiful lakes to swim and boat in. real working farms, good restaurants, shops and local farmers markets. 3 historical museums, that always have something going on. a deep sense of community and charitable spirit. gorgeous homes, salt boxes, victorians, colonials, and modern jewels. come, chill, and enjoy!

it’s beautiful.. perfect transition town to visit because it’s traditional new england with the square and little store and trees but it’s right on the water so there are beaches and harbors too, so it’s perfect for that late summer/early fall trip
