River Seine

If you like to go on a great walk, go along the Seine from the Louvre to the Eiffel Tower.

saw a sunset on the Seine. it was very nice.

Our guide had this joke that he though was just so hilarious. It went something like this…

Its freezing outside. The water is even more cold. Anyone willing to jump in would be inSeine…get it? insane? ha ha

yeah. not the best joke. I’m sure the lack of laughter that I just got out of you is the same lack of laughter he got out of the 50 people listening to the original joke.

So, I saw the remake of the movie Sabrina. Sabrina lived in Paris for a time and shot black and white photographs along the River Seine. The river, the walkway along the side of it, and the accompanying bridges and lamp posts have been in so many movies. I can’t imagine how beautiful it must be in person. I really enjoy black and white photography and I want to come home with my own photographs documenting my visit to that great river.
