Bude

My grandfather had a house there (it now belongs to my father). When my grandfather had seen bude as a teenager he fell in love with the place and knew he would live there when he grew older. Once he retired he went there and lived there up until the day he died, I love Bude, everything from “The Globe” to the cliff over looking the coast. Beautiful place.

Bude is my absolute favourite place in the world. I’ve been there in the Summer so much as a kid and growing up, I learnt to surf there, went to Adventure International. Widemouth Bay just round the corner is great too. The Breakwater is fun to walk across, the headland is beautiful, and I love the little shops in the town. Great memories.
