A tip I have about this place
My mom and I took a roadtrip on our way out to Wyoming and Paducah was one of the stops I set up along the way. So glad that I did! What a wonderful little town. We were only able to stay two days, but it’s definitely on the top of my list of places to go for long-weekends next time I have a chance. We saw some of the quilt displays, an antique car show, took a stroll by the river where we met some amazing people, had dinner and stayed at the most delightful bed & breakfast ever! Rosewood Bed & Breakfast is the most charming, beautiful b&b I’ve stayed out and the owners are amazingly hospitable people. I highly recommend the b&b to anyone staying in Paducah. It would be perfect for a romantic getaway, but we enjoyed it on a mother/daughter stay also!

Grew up here
Paducah isnt a bad city to visit. There isnt much to do here. However, you wont find more friendly people anywhere in the world. Southern Hospitality is here. The Land Between the Lakes is beautiful- a must see and do.

paducah
Went thru this one horse town once on a very long bus trip from Indiana to Texas. The only thing I remember is a huge lit up outside drive-in. The neon spelled out the word Paducah. Wonder if its still there?

Quilt Museum
On our family vacation this past summer, we took a small detour and went to the Quilt Museum in Paducah. Wonderful, beautiful, marvelous! Just lovely.
And Hancock’s of Paducah was awesome too. A fabric lover’s dream.
