I spent every summer here
as a child. I would return home inevitably sunburned but having had a wonderful time -scalloping, swimming, canoing, and fishing. I’ve heard it is built up and very touristy now.

Camping In St. Joe
Went camping here in July of 2006. Had a great time, but left early due to the Tropical Storm in Cuba. Made the waves really fun, but the storm wasn’t great for camping.
Also beware the “no-see-ums’. I came home covered in little bumps and bites and it took a week to clear up.
