Las Cruces

I will be here a year and am enjoying the town a lot. It is easy to get around and the people are very nice. The colors of the houses contrast with the desert plants and all is overseen by the beautiful Organ Mountains.

I look forward to seeing more of this city and the region.

I used to live in Las Cruces. It’s OK but not worth making a trip to unless you gotta. There is very little to do as far as culture or entertainment, but the people are friendly and nice and the Mexican restaurants are kick-ass. I wouldn’t recommend making an extra effort to get here though, unless you are on a quest for delicious green chile.

It’s a pretty nice place. I go to college here and enjoy the people. But finding a job in this city is HARD! That’s about the only negative thing I can say about it though. There is plenty to do and lots to spend money on, hence the reason why I need a job.

Not used to mountains so I found this to be beautiful. Mesilla is cool. The transmountain road between el paso and las cruces is a nice drive.

My Dad moved here. So I am visiting with my boyfriend in December. Any suggestions? We kinda want to go to Santa Fe too but it’s quite a drive I hear. Anything else cool to do? My Uncle has a place in Riodoso as well, is it worth going there? Thanks!
