Sounion aka: Sounio

This was probably my favourite place I went in Greece. My favourite pictures I took in Greece were here. My favourite part was a group of us going all the way to the far end where we found a turtle. I loved it, finding that turtle made my day, too bad we couldn’t go up to the temple, since it was closed.

I thought the temple was so cool! You could just walk right up to it, unlike our experience at the Parthenon. Beautiful views from up there too.

Visited Cape Sounion on my honeymoon, and was struck by the history and beauty. Highly recommended.
