Quimby's Bookstore

There was this authentic independent feel about Quimby’s when it was located on Damen it could either be summed up with the seedy lighting and a focus on the vast range of zines available. Even though there was a shift after the move to North where lighting improved and the sales focus was heavier on comics and graphic novels Quimby’s is still able to maintain some of the original charm. I guess I’m saying if you have the time and have a few bucks to throw down for some random zines or comics go for it.
