Worth visiting!
North Coast
The Galician coast really is a delight,including the award winning Slartibartfast desighed Rias Baixas and the Costa de la Muerte,(The Coast of Death no less,) and the bit here beside Asturias.
As much as I hate a detour it was definitely worth pulling over to see the coast here,even if the tide was in and so I couldn’t get down to the beach.Cliffs give me the willies as I’ve no head for heights but they do make for spectacular scenery,particularly on a beautiful day at the end of September which it was when I stopped.
Very surprisingly as we are in Spain no one has built 500 houses to take advantage of the views and spoil them for the rest of us,I wonder why not?
Enjoy your walk along the coast and remember to check the times of tides before you go.
