Excellent selection for vegetarians and vegans. Chefs are very creative and attentive …they made the vegetarian bento box and special mushroom saute vegan for us. Besides sushi, the likely suspects – miso, udon, soba – are available. Appetizers are fantastic with plenty of vegan options. Go early to avoid wait. I want to try one of everything.

I think this might be the best sushi place in Seattle. The food was excellent. The only downside is that we had a fairly long wait.
