Kelowna

One of my very best buddies moved here from Ireland so I visited her there. Lovely place, picturesque!

My grandparents lived here when they were alive and I visited them every summer. Kelowna owns my heart. It is beautiful, the people are friendly and it’s not that big or that small of a place that it is annoying

I live here part time…and enjoy the hiking, wineries and various resturaunts. The people are very friendly, though it is very transiate and the population doubles as soon as spring hits. The lakes are beautiful and so close to many outdoor activities.

In 3 weeks time I will be roadtripping from St Catharines ON to Kelowna BC. I am going to spend the winter there. I’m hoping to do alot of snowboarding (gotta work on my skills) and just generally experience a life different from my own. I am transferring to another Starbucks, and hoping to get a job within Big White Ski Resort (fingers crossed)

I found the city to be beautiful even though it was raining the whole time I was there. I can’t wait to go back

I would love to see my family (a troop of cousins, nephews and nieces.-) who is living in kelowna – have not seen them for years…

My in-laws live in K-Town, so I go there fairly regularly. It is a pretty nice place to visit – lots of outdoors stuff to do there. That’s what I like about it. In the summer, you can go to the lake, and in the winter there is skiing in the area. There are tons more things going on that than that. Definitely worth checking out if you like being outdoors.

Canadians are extremely friendly people generally. They remind me of Aussies back home but with an accent. BC is spectacular for its natural beauty and could not get enough of Banff
